GILE LAWN AND TREE SERVICE

I called Gile Lawn and Tree Service and they called me back today. He said he had some time to do my trees and I was so happy he called me back. He quoted me $25. a Palm tree and a very, very reasonable price to trim the dead limbs from my Live Oak. His business isn't very far from my home, but he is a very busy person. I'm so glad he made some time to trim my Palms and Oak Tree. He has a large crew and they finished my small job in minutes and left everything spotless. I wouldn't hesitate to call Gile Lawn and Tree Service again.

Excellent job, we were very pleased with the professional and reasonable work. They do a lot of the yard work in our area and keep the neighborhood looking great. Highly recommended!

I don't really know what went wrong here. We thought Billy was a nice guy, did a good job. But he didn't fully execute what we wanted - he didn't cut all the limbs we needed to have removed as we explained when we first walked him through the issues and job description. It was about 80% done.
He said he would call back the next day, took our money, and never called us back at all. I even told him that if he had to charge us a little more that would be ok. We were extremely disappointed and frustrated.
So, I don't know - his website says he and quot;completes the work and takes care of complaintsand quot; so I don't understand why he didn't call us back or show up ever again. Just took our money and ran. We were so disappointed. Bummer.

They have been very good. They come periodically and they come on time. Their prices are reasonable. I like them. They are nice people to work with. They are pretty punctual. They get back to me. We are on a rotational thing. They come and do their thing. They don't hang around for a long time. They get moving. I don't have a whole lot of experience in that, but to me they are reasonable. They know about plants and they know a lot about what they do.

I have been using his services for almost three years. He comes out every other week. They are in and out in less than 20 minutes. They have been real respectful of my property and have not broken anything.

Billy Gile called me back that evening and came to our house the next day, to review what needed to be done. He provided me with a written quotation, before he left. The crew arrived to do the work, when he said, that he would. They worked quickly and thoroughly and cleaned up afterwards. Billy stayed on the job, until it was finished.
