Total Rip off and again, will charge you for fixing your pump and test your water and then when the solution doesnt work they will tell you that you need to continue to purchase more solution because you didnt use it correctly.  When you complain that you have spent close to $300 and the problem is exactly the same as when you started they will then explain that its "self service" and they just supply the product.  They also will tell you that its impossible to know whether you have an issue with the pump, the solution, etc.I need to get involved in a business like that where they will sell you everything and take your money but offer nothing in return or take any accountability for the products they sold not working.  Please take a look at my other reviews and you can see for yourself that most often I am happy to report on companies that give great service and deserve to be praised and hope to help them out with new clients.  I am doing this review to warn others to not hire this company for anything.  Just google "Pump N Parts, Florida Rust, Suncoast Rust.......and other variations and check the names and you will see they cant figure out what company name they should go with at this point.
