When she got here I wasn't really happy seating in my driveways. They need to make sure they do have water source. It must be incorporated. They did driveway but I'm not satisficed with the service. They dint showed up early, a half hour late.

The team showed up on time and worked hard. Communication was great. There was a little more debris that we had to clean up from a couple vents than I expected. They worked really hard and did a great job cleaning the vent covers as well.

Amazing. Of course everything went wrong on a Saturday night with water pouring through our ceiling from the air handler. We called countless companies who listed 24/7 emergency services. Most didn’t answer and those that did were unable to dispatch due to staffing shortages. I called florida climate worx at 12:30 AM and while leaving a message on their office line I got an immediate call from a different number. Erica, their coordinator got notice of an emergency call and immediately responded. She met us with genuine compassion and sympathy for the predicament. She triaged what was going on and gave us a few suggestions to figure out if we could stop the water. A quick text with our address and she assured me someone would be out first thing Sunday morning. 8am I called to confirm, because, you know…most people are used to things falling through the cracks. Erica answered and without pause confirmed someone was already in route. They had a tech at our home by 8:30, as promised. He uncovered so many faulty elements in our ‘new’ unit installation (we purchased a poorly done renovation a month ago). He documented everything in video and photo. When he broke the news that he probably couldn’t get us up and running until the next day due to parts, he could see our defeat. He worked to come up with a temporary solution with sealant and got us functional temporarily. We ended up deciding to replace the whole unit. Turn around time was super fast. Techs Chris and Brandon were awesome on installation day. They were thorough, kind and very careful working around our house full of unpacked moving boxes and clean up work for water remediation. Over the past month we’ve encountered so many issues with our new home and struggled to find trust worthy companies with people who care. You won’t regret going with Florida Climate Worx, especially if you’re looking for people who can ease your concerns and give you a genuine sense of partnership through a stressful situation.

Wonderful they were here within the hour and had the cold air flowing right away. These guys are pros and extremely reasonable. I also had an AC full install on very old unit done with them. The big box store guys spent ten minutes looking at things to quote me, these guys spent an hour measuring and documenting everything so there were no surprise charges. Not only was their quote over a thousand dollars less, my electric bill dropped two hundred dollars a month.

It went amazing!! They provided the most courteous service. They were extremely thorough and fast. Even though there is a Sahara dust storm outside and a dog and cat living here before me, my breathing is 100% clear. The air is perfect in here! I will continue using these guys for anything and everything they offer because they really are the best. And their prices are better than the competition. When I asked how they can do that? They said it’s because they own all of their own equipment. They’ve been a true blessing in our lives!

It went well. I appreciated the fact that the person was knowledgeable. He was courteous and polite. Very satisfied.

First when I called they were extremely professional. They were also able to get someone out within a few hours which was impressive. The guy that did the work was very professional and talked me through everything he was doing. He also swept up after he was done which was very nice. They let me know of yearly specials and other services they provide but didn’t push to sell it. I believe that can be overwhelming some times so I appreciated the info. I will definitely be hiring them again for future work and I 10/10recommend
