General Remodeling, Pool and Spa Servicing
This company provided pool cleaning services for our town house community for over three years. We thought their prices were high, but we kept them because the other contractors we interviewed did not seem like they could do the job. On our last billing cycle we noted a charge for a pool repair that we did not authorize. We were told that it was necessary, and was done without consulting us. We started searching for another pool company and we found a different company that will do the same services for 40% less. We notified FCL that we would be terminating their services, and they left taking all of the chemicals we had already paid for.
