I hired eagle after I had new sod installed to take care of my lawn. After 2 mo my lawn started to die. I called and complained so they sent a tech out and was told fungus was killing my yard. Now if they were doing what I hired them to do I wouldn't have fungus in my yard. I have cameras on my house and saw that their techs didn't even take 25 sec to bend over and see why my yard was brown. I called to complain and it took a wk for Justin to return my call. All he did was say it wasn't their fault and gave me a bunch of bs what was I paying for? I was taking care of turf before Justin was born so I know about fungus and turf pest. Eagle killed my lawn before but I thought I would give them another chance. Stay away from eagle. I'm disabled so I can't do lawn care myself.

They always explain what they are going to do and always willing to answer any questions. I hope they continue to keep customer service their top priority.

Total incompetence and unprofessional Had new sod was counting on them to protect my large investment they assured me that the would handle it and I was on the schedule. Never came out and when i asked when they were coming out tried placing the blame on me until i showed them the text. Then told me my sod might die and they don't want my business.

I have Had Eagle Lawn Service for about a year now. I have a problem with the time in between Services . They Serviced My Lawn on 11/26/2021 and They show up again on 12/30/2021 .Every time they come out they charge me $55.00 per application. Spoke to Jason in Oldsmar about why they were out again less than 5 weeks . I also Not Happy about Invoices left -They are all PREPRINTED with The supposedly materials that the Teck puts on your lawn ! The invoice should have HANDWRITTEN Notes from the Teck who is servicing your Lawn . I would like to know why after 4 weeks would it need more fertilization . This was just added cost before the end of Year. I have terminated Eagle service and warning every customer to be concerned about issues especially at the end of the year.!

Very well. They worked well with my sod installer & were on top of the job on time & at the right time. So far, grass looks great. My installer had a lot of trust in these folks, as he's worked with Eagle before. They have not disappointed at all. They are professional & efficient. They also were the least expensive quote I received with 4 bidders, which was frosting on the cake!

it has gone great, i use to do it myself with bonus s from home dept and got no results. i have had there service about 5 months the grass is turning bright green and most of the weeds are gone.

Eagle Lawn Care contacted me, came to look at our lawn, went over an agreed plan, sent their guy out for treatment. Two days later we have new growth & my dog isn’t itching fleas. Our grass has been almost nonexistent so seeing the new growth is promising & very reasonable rates, service every 6 weeks.

They called the day before they came. Arrived as they indicated. Sprayed and treated the lawn as well as around the outside of home as was requested. They will be servicing the lawn every 6 weeks.

They did a great job and I am very pleased.
