THEY CAME OUT TO INSTALL THE OPENERS. THEY ASKED IF I WOULD LIKE THEM TO INSTALL THE SENSORS DOWN LOW (AS USUAL), OR UP HIGH ON TOP OF THE MOTORS. THEY ENDED UP SUGGESTING THAT WE SHOULD PUT THEM ON TOP OF THE MOTORS, UP HIGH. ONE OF THE GARAGE DOORS DIDN'T WORK AT ALL. THEY BLAMED THE BUILDER FOR HOW THE DOOR WAS PUT IN. I HAD THE BUILDER COME OUT AND THEY SAID THAT THE OPENERS WERE INSTALLED POORLY. I GOT THEM TO COME BACK OUT AND REPAIR ONE, BUT HE SAID HE DIDN'T HAVE ENOUGH WIRE TO FIX THE OTHER. HE SAID HE'D COME BACK A FEW DAYS LATER AND HE NEVER SHOWED. I'VE CALLED REPEATEDLY FOR THE PAST MONTH AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. WHEN I DID SPEAK WITH HIM HE WAS RUDE AND UNWILLING TO WORK WITH ME.
