I moved into a home that had existing cabinets from Direct Renovations. I was adding more and asked the sales man, Ray to come out to the home and see what I needed to match the existing. Even after he visited the home himself the wrong cabinet was sent, along with the wrong refrigerator, and crown molding! Unfortunately, the cabinet was installed when I wasn't there. I had Ray come back to the home to see the difference and he told me what I wanted didn't exist... meanwhile what I wanted was right on the other side of my refrigerator and had come from their company. He clearly did not know their product. This was a bad experience from the very beginning and even after mess up after mess up they offered me no compensation. They only credited me back the difference in cabinet (since the wrong one was less) but only after I asked several times for them to do so. I will never use this company again.
