First red flag (that I ignored) was "no returns, no refunds". Demo and install went pretty well, although, some of the work is shoddy. Product looks good but is cheaply made. Overall, there is poor to no communication! Never certain when/if workers would show up. Owner not good at explaining details! Doesn't answer phone after five PM or on weekends. Also says he'll "check on it and get back to you" but never does. I was told it would take 6 - 10 business days, As I figured, it took just over a month! There are still unresolved issues that I haven't heard back on. I would NOT recommend this company.
