Handyman Service
The work was done for a friend of mine. Handyman is sort of inappropriate here as he very was competent in specialty areas. He works primarily for apartment complexes readying units for new occupancy - re-paint, repair damaged wood, drywall, etc. He turned a fairly beat up fixer-upper into a very nice condo in a four week time frame. I think he would be more aptly called a renovation contractor.

"Work included complete painting of unit -- ceilings, walls and closets. Removal and haul away of bathroom vanity and toilet. Repair of water damaged bathroom sub-flooring, and installation of new bathroom vanity, sink and faucet, toilet and towel rack. Removal and haul away of kitchen sink and range hood. Installation of new sink and faucet (including separate water sprayer) and range hood. Removal and haul away of wall paneling and closet in patio and rebuilding of outer damaged wall to match finish of other walls in unit. Removal and disposal of old ceiling fans and chandelier and installation of 4 new ceiling fans. installation of 11 horizontal blinds.
Removal of carpet tacks in 4 rooms and hallway. Painting of all old floor moldings. Installation of 3 electrical fixtures that
required fixing. Cost $2,400. Timing was flexible on my part as long as work was completed by my move in date.
All work was completed over a 4 week period prior to my move in. No trip fees (and there were lots of them). Work was done via proposal and all work was completed at the proposed price.
I am absolutely thrilled with the quality of all the work that was done and the fact that one company could handle so many
different projects."
