I am not inspired very often to write reviews, but I never mind taking the time to do so when I feel like I have gotten a product or service that really exceeds my expectations. We had just a small variety of electrical issues around the house needing attention: Replacing multiple exterior GFI outlets mainly, little bit of excavating & rewiring. This work required 2 different visits, both equally awesome. Timely: Days, not weeks or months getting here. Great service: Professional and friendly people. Competency: Knew what had to get done, no problems or questions. Efficient: Had everything right there ready, in and out in a very short period of time. Definitely recommend. Thanks for the great experiences! Elise, Belleair

I think, overall, it went well. Once I got all my estimates and chose to go with D'Andrea, there were only a few hiccups, none major. First, I had to schedule the job for a day much farther in the future than I preferred, but that's really not their fault. If you're busy, you're busy.
So, I scheduled the work to take place on Thursday, Oct. 30. On the Wednesday before, they called to tell me that a key person in the office's mother in law had passed away and that there was a lot of chaos on the office and, in that chaos, they had mistakenly scheduled my job as a one person job when it required two people, but that two people would not be available on the scheduled day. They asked me if we could move the job to Friday. I agreed. They were very apologetic and very grateful that I was able to be flexible.
Then later, they called to ask me if it was okay if one of the guys came by on Thursday after all to do some of the preliminary work. My schedule was such that I could go to the house and let them in and stay there while they did what they needed to do. Then they came back on Friday and finished the job.
The work appears to have been done impeccably, and it passed city inspection. The guys (Adam and Aaron) were very nice, personable and professional.
Overall, a very good experience, although if I had been working that week and had had to juggle my work schedule around their changes in schedule it might not have been as good an experience. That said, things happen. Bottom line, I'd use them again, for sure.

Aaron showed up on time and had the all the parts needed to fix and old meter box. He fixed only what was needed to make Duke Energy happy. I was concerned about having to replace the whole box since it was 50 years old but he only had to replace the contacts and had the parts on the truck. He also found some bad insulation on the riser cables and fixed another unsafe situation for a very resonable price.

I've used D'Andrea several times over the past three years. The servicemen are prompt and courteous. One of the electric outlets previously installed went bad a bit over a year later, and D'Andrea promptly came to the house to replace it for no charge (neither parts nor labor).

We called the company upon recommendation of our condo management based on their experience with D'Adrea. We had purchased a new stove and upon delivery discovered that the existing outlet would not allow the stove to fit properly.
Our call was answered promptly and a service appointment was scheduled for the following day. This was important to us as we had additional work scheduled, and it was imperative that this issue was resolved quickly. The electrician was prompt, and worked very hard in tight quarters to install the new outlet. It was not an easy job , and required additional steps to get the job done. His calm and good humored approach was appreciated.
The price was very reasonable , given the amount of time required and the effort to accomplish the task.

Actually -- it didn't start with D'Andrea -- but when the original bidder could not perform in a timely manner Wife (project manager) when digging or another electrician. D'Andrea was mentioned and I said that they have bean in Pinellas forever. You don't stay forever unless your are doing something right -- so we called with our task list. The next day DON arrived with trusty screwdriver in hand.
Firstly I must state that Don is of minimum build --- which means he goes anywhere (low angle attic) -- thankfully -- because he needed to for this job. Without going into great detail -- he touched every switch and every receptacle in the house, canned lights --- plus the main box -- after four hours he left with ---and quot;Call me (D'Andrea) when you are ready for the finishing touchesand quot; -- don't worry about the bill until we are finished so that you will not sustain another service visit charge. Don is one of those guys that just doesn't stop -- for anything.
We had a another contractor working during this service visit --- when Don left -- He asked for the contact info -- with the comment and quot; There is my electricianand quot; I was going to ask for a finer's fee.
Do -- have your list of things to do ready (shovel ready) and clearly written and ask for Don.
As far a pricing is concerned -- it was at least half of what the original contractor quoted.

THEY CAME OUT FOR AN ESTIMATE FIRST. HE TOOK HIS TIME CHECKING EVERYTHING OUT AND MADE SUGGESTIONS ABOUT THE WORK TO BE DONE. THEY CAME OUT AND DID ALL THE WORK LISTED. I WAS HAPPY WITH THE WORK DONE, BUT THE ELECTRICIAN DID NOT DO A GOOD JOB OF CLEANING UP.
