Excellent work. My only criticism is a 35% cost increase from last year. Cool Breeze waited until the day before to inform me that the cost will be $325. Then Cool Breeze almost did not do the work because of my criticism. I interrupted their misgiving as a sign they really did not want to do the work. After almost begging them to do the job they did an excellent job. Even so, I would hire them again.

The roof and gutters were very badly stained with mildew.   Cool Breeze did an excellent job on cleaning them and also the house, white vinyl fence, lamppost, metal awnings and even a small white statue in the back yard.  I was very pleased with the result and would recommend this company.
