Good experience. We lost a lot of plants close to the house from the solutions but they did warn us to water well before and after, which I did not do.

Mike and Christy arrived early for my appointment.   They first used a blower to clean off the sidewalk and driveway.   Then they washed both areas and added the walkway to the backyard that was beyond what I had asked for.    They finished their work in less than an hour.   The driveway and side walk were cleaned of all mold and mildew.    I was very pleased with the quality of their work.

I have used Cool Breeze for many years, but this is the first time I thought to write a review.  The owners, Mike and Christy, have always been professional and kind.  They make it easy to call and schedule an appointment.  They are always on time and finish the entire job as promised.  The company has competitive pricing and they do a phenomenal job pressure washing the house, roof, driveway, pool deck, and bird cage.  In the past, they have even offered to clean my gutters.  I have hired them yearly since 2010 and they have always surpassed my expectations.

This company power washed my house ten years ago, and luckily I kept their card.  I called Mike to have them come out and do my current house, and they ended up doing a fantastic job.   They not only did what I asked, but went above and beyond and  also cleaned other items, such as patio deck furniture. They showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves.  I could not be happier with the job they did for me!! I highly recommend them!! A+++++

The first day, Monday, Mike put chemicals on all the walks and patio...then he said my water pressure was low and he couldn't fill his tanks so he would come back the next day...the water dept was closed for the holiday so Mike called me the next morning and refused to come until the water dept. checked my pressure...I could find nothing wrong with the pressure..my neighbors and the water dept agreed...I have two dogs that had to track thru chemicals for two days till Mike returned on Wed.. he stayed a very short time and complained again about the water pressure...the job was done very poorly..there are areas that never got pressure washed...only chemical..there are still live weeds and mold between some of the brick..there are dirt piles by the doors..Mike and Christie were anxious to get their money and leave..I was busy and didn't have time to inspect the job at the moment...but in looking at it later I realized how poor this job really was...after they left there were still soap piles around the pool...

The company owners arrived as scheduled and we reviewed the work I wanted done as we walked around the house. All my questions were answered. The work was performed well and the cleanup afterwards was very good. The roof, house and fence needed cleaning badly and required a lot of work. The results were excellent and I am very pleased with the way it looks. None of my plants were damaged. I would use the company again.

I called Cool Breeze and spoke with Christy to schedule an estimate. Although they were able to use Google earth to give me an estimate over the phone, I wanted to meet them because I wanted them to explain the cleaning process to me. Christy and her husband Mike arrived about 10 minutes early for our appointment. They went over some prep work that I was advised to do to help keep my plants safe. They explained that I must keep my landscaping thoroughly wet before and after the roof cleaning process. They also assured me that they would cover all plants under drip lines with thin plastic and they would reclaim all mildewcide out of any gutters. My house is fully guttered so they said I would have a low risk of stressed plants. As for the roof cleaning, it turned out extremely nice. The roof and gutters look new again! Since I took their advise and watered my plants and lawn, they all seem to be fine after the cleaning. They reclaimed all the mildewcide as they stated they would. They also pressure washed my driveway for no extra charge with the mildewcide! The driveway looks awesome. Christy and Mike were very professional and very nice couple to work with. I definitely will use them again in the future when I need to have the rest of my house pressure washed. Highly recommend them to my friends and family! A A A A A A AA A A A A

I was very concerned from the start that the bleach would ruin my plants and vegetation around my house. From the very beginning I had addressed that concern with him AT LENGTH. He never came out personally to give me a quote and he said he didn't need to because he google earth it. I kept telling him it was okay for him to come over and he said no so I assumed he knew what he was doing. He asked me to water my plans before he arrived and when he got there he said I watered perfectly but was very upset about the size of the job saying that he had underbid the job tremendously. He started to work and he appeared to be careful and his wife did continously water the plants down. I was clearly concerned about my plants but they both kept reassuring me that nothing would be harmed. They knew exactly how concerned I was and kept saying "absolutely" when I asked if the plants would be okay. He did the cage in the back but didn't finish and simply stated "i have to get out of here I'm not making any money on this job." The next morning and the day after my shrubs and plants looked fired and were clearly dead. I took my hose and ladder to clean off my windows because they had bleach all over them and there were still some leaves that he didn't get off the roof. I noticed there was black ooze coming down from the roof so I decided that was it and I called him to come back and finish the job. He told me all I did was complain and he basically did the work for free. I also let him know that my plants were clearly suffering and damaged. I had some very mature schrubs that I've had for years and they have literally withered to the ground. He denied that he had done anything to harm the plants and he refuses to look at the damage that was done. All it would take is him to come and look and see how dead those plants now are. He did tell me to run my irrigation system after he was done and after running it everyday for the past couple of weeks I have seen no improvements; the damage is done. He was very rude, immature, and unprofessional throughout this process.

It was a three day project, and everything was excellent. When I noticed some difficult spots that were not entirely clean, they came back out immediately to take care of it. This was a husband and wife team, who used great and up-to-date equipment. Because of the chemical washing, they were very careful to cover the many plants around the area to prevent any damage. Their work was very well done, and I would certainly use them in the future.

I placed a call with Cool Breeze on Monday. An appt. was set up for Thursday. I received a call on Wednesday that they could do my house a day earlier. They arrived promptly and did an excellent job. The price was less than the original estimate. Mike and his wife were very courteous and professional.

Great experience. Mike, the owner, showed up to provide an estimate at the time scheduled. He emailed the estimate to me the same day with copies of license and insurance. Work was preformed as agreed upon on the day scheduled without any problem. The entire area looks great.

Mike and his wife arrived on time & made sure that the plants were watered down to dilute any chemicals that may fall on them. The job took all day. There was no mess when they left and they did an excellent job on the whole house.
