Property Appraisal
What a disaster!!! Dan came out to do a home inspection on a Sunday which was I did not have a problem with. I had family visiting me from out of town. I thought everything went well. The bank notified me that my request was denied because Dan submitted the paperwork and listed my home as a rental property and the bank does not do home equity loans on rental properties. So I called Dan to find out why he annotated my home as a rental property. He informed me that he assumed that my family was renting my place (I never told him they were). Now the bank has to request a correction of the report. I am still waiting.Even though Dan tried to correct it, now its stuck in red tape. I finally got the paperwork corrected a week late.
