They are phenomenal, very honest and they did a great job.

I do not recommend doing business with cockney roofing because the roof they did needs some additional repairs and they are honoring their warranty. I have been chasing them for about 6 months and they are not budging. I have a warranty on the roof and some of the nails are coming off, but this business is not honoring their rules. Do not do business with cockney roofing. Go elsewhere.

Cockney Roofing replaced our roofs some years ago. We called them today because a large piece of the flashing they installed has come loose and is hanging off the second-storey roof. When we called them about this, they said they would come have a look sometime in the “next few days.” Wouldn’t give us a date, never mind a time. So, what...we're supposed to not work or leave the house for some indeterminate period of time? They might decide to stop by sometime to look at their work which is now dangerous, but in the meantime, we’ve found another company.

The entire experience was positive. A contractor doing other work damaged the roof in 2017 and Chas promptly took care of the damage at no charge. I am a total fan.

The entire process, from start to finish, was great. Cockney Roofing did a great job with communication, work, and price. Our insurance company was requiring us to replace our flat roof because it was 10 years old. The insurance company only gave us a short amount of time to get the work done, and Cockney Roofing worked with our schedule to make sure the roof was replaced in time. The work they did was great and was finished quickly. In addition, Cockney Roofing removed an exterior vent/duct on our other roof and patched up the hole left behind. They did such a good job you can't tell where they did the work. I would hire them again, or recommend them to others.

From the day Chaz & Alex came out & gave me the estimate, I knew this was the company I wanted to go with. Very professional, polite & understood some possible special situations that may arise.  
The day of the install, the crew arrived on time and started work right away.  Very professional. Answered any questions/concerns that I had. Went about their business & finished the same day.  Very reasonably priced.  
We haven't had any rain since the roof was installed, so I can only assume that they did an excellent job because of their professionalism and knowledge.
I would definitely use again & recommend highly.

We had our roof replaced by Cockney Roofing in April 2015. What a GREAT company from start to finish!
On time, professional and went the extra mile to provide us with a grade A roof. Their workers were hard working,
friendly and did not take any short cuts. They thoroughly cleaned up the job site upon completion. When we questioned
if the non-working chimney could be removed, they took care out it with an addtional charge. They also gave us afew
shingle sheets for our sprinkler pump house without coast.
In closing, Cockney Roofing knows what customer service is all about! We would highly recommend this company!

They were excellent. They were always on time. They went above and beyond. They completed the job on time and they clean up as well.

He did a great job. He was quick and he was good about the roofing. He was responsive as well. Every time we've had a problem, he's come back. His prices are fair.

They were excellent! We would definitely recommend them. When we had a small leak they came right out and fixed it at no additional cost and we've had no problems since. They were very pleasant and professional.

Stripping went well & rotted wood which I also viewed before removal. 1 Problem we ran into early was roofing nails went throw the ceiling, nails were to long which they should have known since the had to replace the support boards which were only 2x2 studs. Repairs to the inside were made by the roofing CO., hammer nails back up, spackle & paint, well the painting did not go very well, my wife & I found paint drippings all over the floor, night stand, bathroom sink, & the reason for that was they used spray paint which fell when being sprayed. So all & all it was not that good of & experience & 1 I would not want to experience again. I wish it could have been different I liked the people as they were polite & friendly. Oh the yard clean up was not the greatest.

The people at Cockney Roofing are the best contractors I have ever had do a job.  
I was provided an estimate very quickly.  I didn't know they provided a discount for being an Angie's list member until I saw it on the estimate.  Their price was competitive and the discount was provided.  
It was very easy to schedule the work to be done even though I had strict time limits due to my work schedule.  The workmen showed up on time and showed the utmost professionalism throughout the job.  My premises were left in great shape, no debris left.  
I was provided with pictures that showed areas that needed new wood so there was no issue on replacement and no surprises on the bill.
Even though I made an error on leaving paperwork for the city inspector, Mr. Conlon worked with me to get it all approved.
I had previously used Cockney Roofing for some minor repairs and I would highly recommend this company to anyone whether needing repairs or total re-roof.  They rate an A+++ in my book.

The owner of the company is a wonderful person. Every worker that was sent out was great. The owner came out and checked everything personally. He got back on the roof to check things as well.  They cleaned up very well after the work was finished.

I called Cockney roofing to get an estimate on my flat roof over my garage and porch. I had already got a few estimates, but was not to impressed by the other companies that had come out . I had never heard of Cockney roofing and saw them on Angie's list and BBB west coast and read reviews on the internet and decided to call them. Mr. Conlan came out and looked at the roof, spend time looking at some other issues I had over my porch , wrote up the estimate and was so professional and easy going , that it makes the customer feel at ease. Their estimate was the best. I waited a couple of weeks and got a few more estimates and after all the companies, I felt Cockney was not only professional, but the easiest to work with, so I call Mr. Conlan and signed the contract. The one thing I really liked about the company is they made the whole process so easy. They came to you to sign the contract,  called to let you know when they would come, showed up on time when they said they would,  followed up to ensure that the county had done their inspection , and would not collect payment until the county had done their inspection and then came back out, did another inspection of the roof, and then collected their payment after everything was done completely and the customer was happy with their work . The whole process was excellent, and I have to say I was very impressed. The day after they put up the flat roof, we had some pretty heavy rain, and I was so happy to see no leaks. I would highly recommend this company, you will not be disappointed in their work, professionalism and ease of the whole process. They inspected entire roof and ensured me that the areas that were pitched (not flat portion) were fine. Only flat roof needed replacement. They gave me their estimate. They advertise 5% off Angie's list member but are unaware that I am a member. (few to many nails left in gutters).
