We are the world’s largest manufacturer of electronic descaling equipment and copper or copper/silver ionization systems. The company was established in 1989 with its corporate headquarters located in a beautiful two-story building in the Clearwater/Tampa Bay area, Florida. Sales, administration, manufacturing, shipping and receiving are all conveniently located under one roof. All of our products are engineered, designed and assembled in our Florida facility.

Eight months after installation it quit working. He told me to call them up and have them replaced it since it's under warranty. They told me to ship it to them and they would fix it and ship it back. However, he told me I would have be the one to ship it and pay for it. My plumber took it out and shipped it to them. It took forever to come back and they sent it straight to me instead of to them. All in all these people are not backing up their warranty 100%.
