"As an organization we pride ourselves on providing superior customer service. To state that customer service is slow to respond is something we do not take lightly. This could be a lengthy response so I will narrow it down from the five pages of logged calls and responses we have made to your claims. On 2/20/19 we received our first contact from you regarding FAULTY GLASS, NOT WINDOW FAILURE. From 3/11/19 until present day we have record of being completely transparent in ALL communications from the window manufacturer. We have consistently explained all progress made in your case. This is an ongoing service issue with a window manufacturer that we no longer order product from for sale. Our firm has even replaced a window with a new manufacturer, as a one time, no cost courtesy to you. Clear Choice Windows and More has sincerely worked to resolve your issues, please remember we are at the mercy of the window manufacturer. We apologize that we have not met or exceeded your expectations, however as a team we have worked, and will continue to work diligently on your behalf."
"We pride ourselves on making sure our customers are completely satisfied with every job we do. I did reach out to you via email but have not received a response. Although your description started out positive, it was not complete. I did look into your job and I did see some minor service issues (window back ordered, screen missing, latch was stiff, and stucco work needed). I say "minor" not to minimize, knowing that I am sure became an inconvenience to you, which I apologize. Unfortunately there are issues that arise that are out of our control. If it was in our control, could you please tell us how we could have improved your experience with us? I would greatly appreciate any feedback you have. I look forward to hearing from you."
"I want to apologize on behalf of anyone that may have been rude to you. We do take the accusation of a 'bait and switch' very seriously with in our company. After pulling and reviewing the file from your window purchase in April of 2013, I have confirmed that the windows on the contract, the windows that were shipped to us from PGT and installed in your home, all match exactly what was ordered. In addition it was confirmed that each window was manufactured with Solarban 60 Low E and Argon Gas in the panes of glass.Upon reviewing your file I also confirmed that your windows did in fact meet energy code as they were signed off on by Progress Energy as meeting the requirements on 5/2013. All windows that we sell and install MUST MEET ALL FLORIDA CODES at the time of install. This information is verified and reviewed upon final inspection, also reviewed in the contract and the window by the inspector. This is the need for leaving the window stickers on until the inspection has been passed. This also prevents a 'bait and switch' as well. The inspector verifies that they windows and products listed in his paperwork matched what was installed. As with any major purchase, i.e cars, computers, appliances there will always be upgrades. With each passing year PGT continues to modify the frames of the windows. However, they use the strongest glass in the industry and I would have no doubt that you experienced the safety of knowing your windows will withstand a storm as Irma came through last year. Also upon reviewing your claim, we have not received a Service request since 7/2013. As I'm sure you are aware we honor a lifetime warranty to our customers. I invite you to please call our offices so that we can take care of this for you."
"First, please allow us to apologize for your obvious inconvenience. It is not the way we like to do business, as customer service is always our first priority. After Irma, our organization went through many changes, with the influx of business we tried to implement new procedures in an effort to help our homeowners in a more efficient and timely manner. Clearly that was not the case for you. We have discovered that our tried and true policies and procedures are much more effective and have gravitated back to what we are known for. This being the first time that management has become aware of your complaints, we sincerely hope you can accept our apologies. I have consulted with our Service Department and was assured that all of your issues will be resolved on Friday 5/04/18."
"We are aware of Mr. [Member Name Removed]'s window installation issues and have been taking the situation very seriously and working to try to resolve the issues as best that we can. Sadly we have had to make some changes internally to insure that this would never happen again. We are deeply concerned that the homeowner is dealing with this, as this is not our standard operating procedure. However it should be noted that we are doing everything in our power to ultimately make this right. And we will continue to address the problems so that they are not reflected to our customers in the future."
"We are grateful for the kind words, and honestly expect nothing else from our amazing team here at Clear Choice Windows and More! We stand by our 100% customer satisfaction."
"[Member Name Removed], thank you for your kind words. Nobody should have gone through what you went through. As you know we take great pride in our products and installations. Helping you enjoy your home again was a great privilege."
