Century Awnings came out the day after we contacted them and provided an estimate we felt was on target with our expectations. The following day, they returned to confirm measurements and gave us an acceptable date for the installation. We could not be more pleased with their responsiveness, pricing, punctuality and professionalism. We definitely recommend them and would use them in the future.

Top-notch materials with a great selection of patterns. Well engineered framework (aluminum) and quick professional installation. What more could you want!

Jim the owner came out for the consultation appointment. He was very personable and professional. Came on time and spent time explaining everything in detail. We were replacing a very old vinyl awning with a fabric Century awning. They were able to use the existing frame which saved a lot of money. The material they use is Sunbrella which is an excellent company. The color was exactly what we wanted. Dark brown. Jim suggested a white trim at the bottom of the scalloped awning which turned out awesome! No additional cost for this. The price was extremely reasonable and the awning is very well made. Another company came out to give a estimate and informed me that they Velcro the awning to the frame which would definitely not hold up in Florida storms. Century Awnings does not install this way. The gentleman who came out to hang the awning was on time and finished with in about an hour. He was very professional. We love our new awning and I would definitely recommend Jim and this particular Century Awnings location. Thanks Jim Hanna!!

Excellent..   Jim Hanna is a true professional.   He adjusted the existing unit so that we are able to  use the system until we replace the awning.   He is a real gentlemen.

I found Jim through Angies list.  He is a prompt professional owner who I enjoyed working with.  I needed an awning designed and installed over an outdoor kitchen area in my backyard.  Jim went through the details of how it needed to be built, and the design options available based on the house and distance the awning needed to span.  Throughout the project, Jim was prompt and I am very satisfied with the final product.  I would highly recommend Jim!

I obtained three proposals for this awning installation and Century's price was in the middle. One was way out of line, and the other was slightly less. I selected Century because I was dealing directly with the owner Jim Hannah, and he was very receptive to working with me to come up with a design for the awning installation that met my requirements.
I was satisfied with the installation but at the first rain shower, I discovered that the awning was leaking where it attached to the wall. I informed Jim of this and he responded immediately to fix the problem. The joint between the awning bar and the wall simply needed to be re-caulked with a polymer caulk compound. The leak problem was  eliminated and I have been very satisfied with the unique overall installation.
The significant thing was Jim's personal involvement in following up and making sure that the problem was fixed to my satisfaction. I am considering another awning installation and I would definitely Use Century Awning again.

It was perfect! They responded immediately and came out and gave me a bid, literally within 24 hours! Other providers tried to do it over email and didn't want to come do measurements on site. Century was much more professional!

I had 3 appointments with Century, 2 with Jim and then one with the installers. The appointment times were exact-this was very important to me, and I truly appreciated their timeliness. The estimates for the cost & for the time it would take to install  were perfect. Everything went like clockwork and I am very pleased with the final product.

Previously, we had aluminum awnings covering the front windows of the house. I called Jim Hanna and explained we wanted to improve the "Curb Appeal" on the front side of the house. Jim scheduled an appointment for the next day to show us samples and suggested we install fabric awnings for a more appealing, updated look. Since the fabric design was new, he had to order the material from the factory which took 3-4 weeks. After that, his crew installed the awnings in just over 2 hours. Now our home has "New Curb Appeal". Thanks Jim, Great job!

Perfect in every way. Jim returned my call quickly. He scheduled an appointment for the same day and arrived at my home on time. He didn't rush me as I looked at the fabric samples. He gave me a fabric swatch to keep of the color we chose. We expressed our concern and desire to install the awning ourselves because of a waterfall located under the window. It was going to be tricky getting the awning up without damage to the waterfall or surrounding plants. We expected 6 weeks for delivery. Awning was delivered about 2 weeks ahead of schedule. Yea! Jim had hand written detailed installation instructions for us to follow. The delivery guys were very sweet and spent time giving my husband installation tips. It's exactly what I wanted. I'm so happy, I'll probably buy matching awnings for the rest of the windows on the back of our home.

The owner came out and patched a small tear in my awning and secured 7 canvas awnings against my house the day before a hurricane. The price was competitive, and the customer service was excellent.
