Qemal (owner) really helped us out during a very challenging time in our lives. We purchased our home in summer 2013 and had to immediately engage in several projects, including a complete bathroom remodel. While we planned for our wedding a month later, Qemal and his team worked tirelessly to help us stay on budget and create a beautiful space that will last for years. If you can get his company on your job, you are in the best of hands...fro the looks of things they are incredibly busy as a result of the their quality service.

Qemal responded immediately to all requests. His crew arrived on time daily. We had a large project involving many rooms in the house, the roof and the exterior. It was all finished on time and the work was done beautifully. He surpassed our expectations and was so easy to work with. All the finishes were wonderful. We would definitely use his company again for other building projects. An excellent company in an industry of variable standards!

I bought a home and brought in Build America to completely renovate it. I really appreciated how he was able to be a "one-stop shop". I didn't have to piece things out myself. He handled and subbed out the plumbing, electrical, painting, permits, anything & everything. He even completely relocated the kitchen, which is a decidedly non-standard and difficult thing to do. The crew was great. Always on-time. Job came in ahead of schedule and on-budget. I've hired many contractors, who have dissappointed me, but Build America exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend them.

He replaced all of the wood flooring in our condo, minus the kitchen. We don't live in the area, so we had to take things slowly and needed excellent communication. Qemal did an excellent job. He provided us with plenty of pictures, kept us well informed. Very pleased with the workmanship. Very punctual, keeps his word. We've even hired him to now do a kitchen remodel. Whenever we're in the area we hear about how hard it is to get things done with pros in the area. We were very pleased to find that Qemal did not give us any issues. I would highly recommend him for anyone in the area.

After interviewing over a dozen contractors we chose Build America because they were reasonably priced, quick to respond, and easy to communicate with. We did a complete rehab including exterior and interior paint, new floors throughout the house, and a new kitchen and updating of the bathroom. Qemal was very professional throughout the entire process. He always kept in close communication and completed the project on time and on budget. We highly recommend him!

I was so impressed with Build America. He was the first per to call me after joining. He met with me th first day I flew in, had a fmormal estimate the next day, and began work on the third day. He had the work completed within 10 days. Qemal Hasanbelli was excellent. The neighbors even commented on how good they were. I would definatley recommend them to everyone.

Build America did a fantastic job with my kitchen and family room remodel. Build America's owner Qemal Hasanbelli worked closely with me from the initial quote through the completed project. His team was prompt each day in regards to start time and very courteous through the entire project. Due to the previous owners past remodel we encountered several issues which Qemal and his team came up with solutions and corrected immediately (concrete header hidden by false ceiling and wiring not to code to name a few). I would reccomend Build America for any job.

In a world full of contractors making promises and then not even showing up, it is a relief to find one that will show up AND do what he says he will do. Did they start on time? no. They were facing late penalties on another job delayed by rain. Did they start work on the day they said they would? yes. We had a slow start, but they went above and beyond to accommodate our limited/demanding schedule. Qemal really pulled through under adverse conditions, did not gouge us and performed beyond how we have seen other contractors perform. I would use his team again. Thanks Qemal.

We had our house painted, 2 paver walkways and a paver patio installed. Qemal was very professional. He saw the job thru and was in contact with us thru the process. Workers were very professional also. They paid attention to detail and kept the work area clean. Qemal also followed up with us to insure the job was completed to our satisfaction.
