At first he was relatively responsive. We sent pictures & he quoted prices, so we wanted to have him do the work. Then we never heard from him again. He wouldn't return calls even when I asked him to let me know if he just didn't want or have the time for our job to let me know. Strange way to run a business. We had to give up on him.

They were awesome. I gave them a piece of furniture to match the curio cabinet. But, it did not match so they redid the whole thing without charging me any extra cost. I liked that they were a company that stood behind my work. They were not at fault what so ever but, they made it right for me. It was my fault that I got them the wrong color. I would recommend them to anybody.

I had a positive experience with this company because everyone at the shop was friendly. The person who was going to fix the stool came and spoke with us and explained what he was going to fix and answered all our questions. They quickly fixed the stool and we were very happy.
