Beware of their installers. One of them stole money and other items from our home during the installation on 10/27.

We have had a heck of a time getting anyone to call us back. Then when they finally called us, they did not come when they said they were going to so had to call back again. I consider this terrible customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone. We have friends who also bought laminate from them & they also were not told to not use Swiffer on their floor.

We went to the Brandon location (on Hwy 60) and dealt with Roger. Within a week of visiting the store the first time we went back for carpet selection samples, and the next day Roger came to our house for measurements and to place an order. A week later our carpet was installed. The guys were at our house a total of 8 hours and completed the job, including putting all furniture back. The total cost was exactly what was quoted. The job was perfectly done, the carpet is beautiful and we are extremely happy. On a side note: we compared prices with the 2 main home warehouses in the area and Bob's carpet quote was $2000 under. We will highly recommend them.

Phenomenal work by Bob's Carpets. We worked with Adam - he showed up perfectly on time to take measurements, and made sure to communicate with us frequently with status updates. We paid extra to upgrade our carpet pad - well worth it! The installation went smoothly, on schedule - we couldn't be happier.
