They did an excellent job. They did more work and the pricing was much better.

My exerience is like I mentioned above. I bought the services of Bill Jack because of a recommendation from a friend who has since told me they too are having difficulties in getting Bill Jack to respond back. For me all was fine until this year when my lifetime warranted roof began to leak. We've had a lot of rain in Tampa this summer and from mid June on it has been leaking everyday nearly.
I called several days, but only got an answering machine. But no one ever returned my call. Since then I've had three roofers look at the roof and all have said several things:1. the TPO roof material is substandard (I've also since learned from my referral "friend" that the manufacturer is out of business).2. The roofing was poorly installed...by this they mean than several items where done incorrectly like not going up the complete side of the walls to keep heavy rain from running down inside my house.3. NO response from the company at all.
So as I rate companies: the product: grade F the installation: grade F the service response: grade F
I expect nothing from them so my advice to any would be potential customers, avoid them at all cost!!!!
