Very good experience with Adam and crew. He did exactly as promised and when he said he would do it. He removed all my shrubs, two trees, and a huge overgrown cactus. He planted 3 new palms and about 40 new small plants. My neighbors complimented the new look of the place. All in all a satisfying experience. Would not hesitate to hire again.

At first Adam Beck was very responsive: he had an eye for how to layout the lot, followed up with us, and helped provide the design information necessary to get HOA approval. He showed up when promised and the work proceeded well. The first problem occurred when 10 foot palms arrived rather than 14-16 foot palms. We received a minor discount for it. Adam does not have his own transport system and therefore relies on other subcontractors. Once he received payments the situation changed: he left trees and plants without support, several of them were sickly, he did not complete the work to plant 10 viburnum and did not complete the work to put down pine bark. He completely disappeared and his phone didn't work. The lesson learned is: do not hire someone that has nothing to lose. You can tell this by the type of business presentation and equipment they use. In the end, the landscape looks pretty good but the experience and missing work was bad.
