We are a small couple owned business. We work with your insurance company if you have a claim and we abide by all insurance standards and pricing. We can sub-contract for another company on an as needed basis. Our billing procedures are simple. If you use your insurance and file a claim you are responsible for your deductible only and is paid to bay city restoration at the time work begins...if you pay out of pocket, we will work with you the best that we can a give you the best price possible for your job to be completed correctly and you pay 1/2 when work begins and 1/2 when job is completed to your satisfaction

We offer full service water, along with vandalism and bio clean up. We can, debris removal, fire, if at all possible, mold and odor restoration, pack outs, restore your damaged contents to per-loss condition We can provide you with carpet, smoke, tile and ulpolstry cleaning. We also do property preservation and clean up for homes that have been forclosed on or have been left empty by tenants. General housecleaning from top to bottom, trash outs
