Our lani looks great. That's not the problem. Our problems are as follows. I didn't realize that they had not caulked the base until it rained and our carpet got soaked. When Harry did the estimate he missed a 9' piece of kick plate that would be needed. Hence they didn't have it on the truck. Several phone calls were made and I was told they hadn't forgot about us. Its been just shy of 2 months and we still don't have the kick plate.

Slow going @ first due to hurricane seasons, But the job went well and we just love it. The quality of workmanship is excellent. Lot's of headaches in this type of work, patience is the best policy!! Thanks Harry and your crew for a job well done. Looking forward to the cooler weather when we can have more time enjoying the sunsets on the patio ;-)

Difficulty in getting a firm date for performing the work, with four scheduled start dates not met. However, when the crew showed up they were professional, did great work and easy to work with.

They have been around for years. They did a decent job at what they did, but I found them to be a little arrogant. I questioned the final bill, but he acted like there couldn't have been a mistake. When I found a $500 mistake, he did admit that he was wrong. He did a very good job with the room. However, he didn't cut a door to the right size, so it leaks. He was friendly to begin with. They were punctual, but they didn't work for long periods of time.
