 + -1 moreOur lani looks great. That's not the problem. Our problems are as follows. I didn't realize that they had not caulked the base until it rained and our carpet got soaked. When Harry did the estimate he missed a 9' piece of kick plate that would be needed. Hence they didn't have it on the truck. Several phone calls were made and I was told they hadn't forgot about us. Its been just shy of 2 months and we still don't have the kick plate.
Description of Work: They added 10' to our Lani.

 + 0 moreSlow going @ first due to hurricane seasons, But the job went well and we just love it. The quality of workmanship is excellent. Lot's of headaches in this type of work, patience is the best policy!! Thanks Harry and your crew for a job well done. Looking forward to the cooler weather when we can have more time enjoying the sunsets on the patio ;-)

 + -1 moreDifficulty in getting a firm date for performing the work, with four scheduled start dates not met. However, when the crew showed up they were professional, did great work and easy to work with.
Description of Work: Repairs to screened enclosure over pool and installation of hatches in the enclosure to facilitate gutter cleaning.

Description of Work: The owner was nasty to deal with. He was dishonest about when they would start and finish the job and kept putting me off. Very sarcastic man. It was not installed properly so code enforcement made them tear it down and redo it. Would never use them again.

 + -1 moreThey have been around for years. They did a decent job at what they did, but I found them to be a little arrogant. I questioned the final bill, but he acted like there couldn't have been a mistake. When I found a $500 mistake, he did admit that he was wrong. He did a very good job with the room. However, he didn't cut a door to the right size, so it leaks. He was friendly to begin with. They were punctual, but they didn't work for long periods of time.
Description of Work: He turned a garage into another type of room.
