Dan was awesome! Knew just what to do and got started in professional and personal manner. Rebedded glass to frames and frames to doors. Added eyebrow ledge to help keep water off of doors since there was no, absolutely NO overhang from roof. LOVE, LOVE this company! Flipper I bought from was totally not adept at many things and this was one I can cross off my list! Thank you DAN!

One of the owners (Dan) showed up and said it was absolutely something they could do. He said he needed no more than 24 hours to work up a proposal. After several days had gone by and I hadn't heard anything, I emailed their office manager (Connie) to inquire about the status. Even she didn't have the professional courtesy to respond to me. Truly an unprofessional organization. I inquired around about them after this happened and a number of business professionals in the construction industry said to stay away from this company. I guess they were right.

Dan is a true professional. He was patient in helping us to pick out just the right style of high quality knobs and hardware to upgrade the look and function and did an exceptional job with the installation. We are totally satisfied with the outcome both in terms of apprearance and function!
