They are just excellent with my poodle. She loves all the staff and I think that is it important. They are very caring and I would highly recommend. Also I was able to get her 3 year dog license without going to the Pinellas County Animal Center, saved me a trip.

Our Yorkie wasn't feeling well over the weekend and we just moved to the area. We were referred to Animal Hospital of West Bay through our feline-only veterinarian. Called on Monday morning and expressed our concerns about our dog. Dr. Stroup returned the call within 5-minutes and we discussed our Yorkie's condition in detail. Dr Stroup was able to make time to see our dog right away. The office was clean and all the staff was very kind and professional. During the exam, Dr Stroup explained her findings, recommended a course of action to further identify the problem and was gentle with our little 5LB dog the entire time. Later that day, we picked-up our 'baby' and she is on the road to recovery. We are grateful to have such a wonderful animal hospital nearby!
