Ron and his crew arrived as scheduled. They prepped the floor by sanding and opening up the pores in the floor. Ron and his crew were very knowledgeable in all aspects of their job.

When Ron Hennings makes a promise, he delivers.  Ron Hennings owns this business and he operates it with integrity.  We contracted American Garage of Tampa Bay to complete an epoxy flooring system in our garage and we are so happy with the finished product!  Ron and his crew arrived exactly as promised and finished as scheduled.  We were very pleased that the owner of the business was at the job-site and working with his crew.  We had other companies prepare estimates for our project but found out that they were just sales people.  Ron also charges only for the actual square footage measured...other companies round up. We had a good feeling when we met Ron and our gut was right.  The quality of his work is excellent.  Every inch of our garage floor looks meticulous.  Its appearance and non-slip texture is exactly what we hoped for.  Ron also installed a slat wall storage system with organizational accessories in our garage as well as in a closet inside the house.  The product is great and the workmanship is first class.  These guys are also extremely clean...no mess for me to clean up afterward!  Ron earns an A+ in our book!

The professionalism and friendly service was all that I could expect. Everything was explained and I had no doubts as to the efficiency of this team after watching them for just a short time. Everything was timed and they all worked together like a finely tuned watch. I was delighted. Smooth and quick. Talk about classing up your garage! I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an epoxy floor. I think it's the best money can buy. I'd do it all again in a heartbeat. Very, very pleased.

The showroom displayed the floor product well and they were very helpful with the product selection.
The preparation and application of the floor coating was done very well. They arrived on time and cleaned up upon completion. Instructions on allowing the floor to cure were helpful but given verbally and were somewhat confusing about waiting times, etc..
We are very pleased with the floor.
The cabinet installers arrive exactly on time and were finished in two hours. We are very pleased with the cabinets and their installation.
Administrative details need some improvement. We provided specific written details for cabinets but their Invoice to us had to be redone twice before it was correct. In the end, it all worked out.
Written instructions on the owner's responsibilities for curing the floor would be helpful and assign responsibility.

i never thought that i would have such a nice garage floor.  before i decided to have it done, i was bombarded by all sorts of well-meaning advice about how i could do it myself or pay a handyman to do it-- where everyone would be learning on the job-- but after the first few minutes i saw american garage's workmen and their heavy equipment go to work i knew that i had made the right decision by retaining well-trained professionals to do the job.  the owners tracie and ron were both very nice, knowledgeable and professional.  when we first got to work, i had a work emergency arise, but they worked with me through the emergency, and the finished product is beautiful.  their showroom floor also helped me make the final decision.  ron and his men were here when they said they'd be here and always explained what they would be doing.  as a lawyer named lorrier, who was born and raised in the tampa bay area, i highly recommend american garage.
