They service was very good. They were prompt and they did a good job.

I thought the process went very well. I thought the company is very professional, in both client communication but also the guys doing the installation. They did have to replace a couple of 2X4s that was hidden under the existing wood siding which had rotted, but that was pretty much expected.

The structure is absolutely perfect, quality fit, function and appearance. All personnel were extremely professional and courteous with no question unanswered or considered foolish. Erin, Customer Service, handled all of our questions with great patience and expediency. Getting through permitting was tedious and she coached us along nicely. Randy designed the enclosure with great care and consulted with us many times along the way showing keen interest in what we wanted and what was possible. They took many measurements, laser and mechanical to assure a proper installation. They certainly fit with the name of the company as Craftsmen. Dave over seeing and when needed pitching in was equally as effective in completing a great job. Jeff and some of his co'workers were so careful and particular in doing the job it was as if it was for their homes. During all of this, my wife was hospitalized and had a couple of surgeries keeping her in the hospital for a week. A stressful time for our family as I had to stay with her for several nights at the hospital. Dave and Randy said do not worry about us, we will be sure to deliver a job well done, just take care of your wife. No pressure here, no worry about final approval of payment. Nice to know there are companies/contractors that truly know what true customer service is. I asked for a couple of additional small things to be done after the job was completed and I got the wife settled in at home. These were not errors, just something I wanted added. Jeff was out in a few days and completed those items. Anyone who hires this company is getting a gem of a team and can feel free to arrange through them to see our enclosure. It is about 45 x 35 foot, sizable. It is a Mansard 12' high roof design with an integral pyramid style over adjacent wood deck. All bronze colored aluminum beams. It went well they did a good job ,I would use them again.

Both jobs were done beautifully. We had one issue on the front where my entrance is on a slant and the door opens in. Because of that, they couldn't put a bug sweep on the door. But, they put some thought to it and placed a door jam (can't think of the word), but it's like a step plate and it keeps the bugs and lizards out. Yeah! I am very happy with their work always. Aluminum Craftsmen built my side porch back in the 80's and it is still in great condition.

The estimate and signing of the contract went very smoothly and quickly, but I was told that and quot;scheduling would be 5-6 weeksand quot; with no reason given. I assume it's because seamless gutters take a while to procure since they have to be custom made, but an explanation would have been nice.
6 weeks came and went, and I emailed the same person who sent me the contract to sign, but never got a response. A few days later, they called (but not the same person) and told me they would be out the next morning within the times I had specified 6-7 weeks earlier.
The 5-6 weeks and lack of immediate response are my only complaints with this service. Everything else is outstanding. My gutters are beautiful and have stood up to very heavy rain quite nicely.

The service was excellent. They sent two guys out. The gutters look great and work fine. They got the work done in about 4 hours . Everything worked out well with them.

I got them on Angie's list. They were very good. The price was very nice. They had very good quality stuff, and they were on top of the things. They were here when they said they were going to be here.

They were very professional. The work was done perfectly. I would highly recommend them. Their work is first class.

Don came to the house and looked over the job and gave me a clear estimate of the work to be done with a drawing. Once I signed the contract, they came over and got the work done very quickly.

The installation went smoothly and was finished in a couple of days.

Called for a quote. Don came by the next day and took measurements. He sent me the estimate for the job the next day. Once we accepted the bid they went ahead and got the permitting done. Once they had the permit, they fixed the leak and rotted fascia. The city inspector took a couple of days to come out to inspect it.

They started the aluminum soffit, fascia, and gutter installation yesterday and finished it today.

Originally we had not planned on a gutter over the pool deck. During day one of the install it rained heavily and the installer noted the way the water drained around the pool deck into our covered patio area. We have always had issues with this during heavy rain. He suggested the extra gutter over the pool area. I asked for the quote. They measured it and gave it to me the next day. I okay-ed the change order and they installed it with the last of the fascia and soffit.

The installers were really great. They did an outstanding job. My husband and I appreciated that they talked to us about items they noted during the install. Some of the items we knew about. Most were things we hadn't noticed or things we hadn't thought about (like getting a back gutter). A lot of it was good info about small details on our home (such as how to keep our gutters clear). After they were done with the work, they walked around the property to make sure everything was cleaned up and picked up every little bit of debris.

It took about 45 days from first bid to job completion. Most of this time was for permitting. The job itself was done in three days. It would have been two if they had not had to stop for the additional inspection.

They are great. We have used them for years and have always liked them. I researched them to see what I could learn about their company and mainly to check their insurance. They are excellent. They do a good job. They show up when they say they are going to. They are very good. They stay in touch when they can't make it. Because we had all this rain, they called and let us know. We think they are a great company. I would recommend them to others.

We initially learned of Aluminum Craftsmen from the Yellow Pages then checked them further on Angie’s List and the BBB. Their sales rep came out and determined the scope of the project and gave us a quote. They were significantly less than another company we had contacted, plus their ratings was outstanding. We started the project the week of Christmas, when one might think a company might try to delay because of personnel on holiday etc. However, they tore down the old structure and replaced it with the new structure. Each time they came to our home, they arrived exactly as indicated, worked continuously throughout the day and cleaned up before they left. They were very professional, there were no project surprises and we are very pleased with the outcome. The project was “painless” as far as we were concerned. When the city inspector came out to check the job, she commented that Aluminum Craftsmen always did a good job.

This did not go well. Their first time out a sub-contractor expanded the concert, NOT LEVEL, this was pointed out. Next they got the roof on and the new end. First night out it poured, flooded the room as they had removed the old gutters and had not replaced them with anything. Finally the rest of it came in from their vendor and they came back out only to leave before it was finished at NOON. We have had then out six times because of leaks and/or flooding. Nothing was sealed other that the roof so walls leaked almost everywhere, even water under the frame. I was told it was not their fault yet it was their sub-contractor whom extended the room, slope away from the house. Too many others do this work for me to ever use them again or recommend them. UPDATE (12-22-2010) Now 9 out of 10 window will not lock because windows will not slide far enough in frame, the one that does lock has NEVER been unlocked. Vendor has NOT been called, not willing to hear things that are not carried and become real. Will be looking for new windows sometime this summer but not from this vendor.

Update: Still working on this. Slab was install incorrectly, let's four to five inches of water in on carpet because slab was sloped as it got further from the house. We tried a French drain at our expense, not much help. They came back, installed a drain pipe on opposite end of room, that helped a lot but they'll come back and install a second down spout which I will follow up on reporting. Let me make this clear, the planner is the one we're very upset with. Room slopes about 1.5 inches and we told them if it's installed it this way it would allow water into the room, we were assured it would be sealed. So far this has been over a year, every time it rains 2and quot; or better we run with a vacuum, last time almost 10 gallons.

This company has provided service over the years on my pool enclosure. The phone is answered quickly and efficiently and the contractor comes out directly. I have had doors replaced at a very reasonable cost and they leave an invoice for me, so I don't have to be at home for the repair!

They were honest and fair. They did excellent work. I would use them again.

We found Aluminum Craftsmen through Angie's List. They were actually on our second round of calls for estimates. The first group gave estimates 50% - 100% higher. Don, the salesman, was prompt for our appt and delivered an estimate the same day. Given the positive reviews on Angie's List and the price, we committed right away, and put down a deposit equal to half of the job. They did have a backlog of jobs, so we waited approximately 3 weeks for installation, but this was communicated up front. Late the week before our job, they called with a specific installation date the next week. The installation went very well and was completed in two days. We are very pleased with their work.

Scott was polite and professional and worked alone for three days. It looks great and I would have them back for other work.

They treated me with professionalism. They were prompt. It didn't take them long to do the job, and I feel like they did it very carefully. When I am in need to do more work with my screens, I will be calling them to do the job.

EVERYTHING LOOKS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. THE VINYL PANELS ON MY PORCH HAD BECOME WEATHER BEATEN AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED.. THE SCREENS WERE ALSO QUITE WEATHERED. THE CREW DID ALL THE WORK IN ONE DAY. THEY HAD TO WAIT A FEW DAYS FOR MY DOOR TO ARRIVE, BUT IT WAS PUT IN TODAY. THEY WERE VERY, VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB ON MY GUTTERS AND ENTIRE PORCH. I WOULDN'T HESITATE TO HIRE THESE PEOPLE AGAIN.

They were very good. I spent around $3500. I will use them again in the future, if required.
