Excellent from first call to completion of job. Mark was very quick to respectfully respond to all my inquiries and questions. He even gave me the name of the distributor of the water heaters to help me get answers to questions he was unsure of about the product. I got all my questions answered and when I finally ordered my water heater from Mark, I felt totally confident that I got the best heater choice for my needs. His price was very competitive to other quotes I received for the job. Water heater was installed within a few days of my ordering it and was done by two of his employees. They were well trained, very clean and competent and did a beautiful installation. All work was completed in under two hours. They patiently answered all my questions as they worked and were very professional from start to finish. The heater looks and works great and I am more than satisfied. I plan to call Mark for any and all of my future plumbing needs and have no problem recommending him to friends..

he gave me a fraudulent quote to repipe for 14k, not necessary!, scared away subletters, recommended tey call HUD onme, didn't come back to refix the toilet he had been paid for, and when I needed him to get kitchen going, didn't pick up

Outstanding!! Marc Kelley very quickly identified and cleared the unpredictable and inconvenient problem - a clog in our main sewage line - that has plagued our home for too long. He is a friendly and courteous family man and master plumber with many years of successful experience. A thorough, efficient, fast and very reasonably priced professional, you cannot go wrong with Marc!!

I chose to have the plumbing brought up to code. Clog was from a previous contractor using the laundry sink & dumping stuff down the drain which hardened & decreased the already small diameter pipes!!! Second job - toilet was removed & leveled as best as possible (that previous contractor who had renovated the bathroom had not fixed & properly leveled before!!) This repair has continued to work & without any further leaking. It was also pointed out that I should replace my shutoff valves to both toilets & shutoff to the condo unit. I plan on having that done when I replace the water heater! "Honesty" & explaining options & "why" he recommends a particular option is excellent! I absolutely recommend Alter Plumbing! Oh, he is very clean in performing the work!

Called to confirm that a 15 minute early arrival was okay....it was. Went right to work.  He took pictures on his cell phone in order to show us what our options were for fixing the problem!  Layed out all the options from the cheapest to the most expensive.  He started immediately, worked continuously and came in $300 LESS than predicted for the completion of the work.  He's extremely honest and fair and we would recommend him to anyone needed plumbing assistance.  His workmanship was impressive and we feel very confident that our problem is resolved for the long haul.  Al was extremely easy to work with as well as talk to which is not always the case in repair situations.  A great guy!
