Horrible, donovan frechette has the worst work ethic, he steals, you can not trust him and by proxy his relatives. I personally know donovan and I can tell you this he's the definition of human garbage. I've seen him hit on married women so if you think your wife is safe to be home while they work just choose a different company and someone who's competent and doest have 3 kids from different mothers and went to a high-school for slow kids.

. First repair was quick and cheap. 2nd work was less pleasant .His second work was putting off a while then finally fixed it. The price was costly.

I hired 3 handymen, as I had a list of 30 or so items. When two were on the jobsite, I asked how long they thought this railing and step job would take. Both of them said "a days work". I asked because Allen texted me that he wanted to charge me by the day. I don't mind a fair wage for comptetent work...But..he took 3 days...and the job was not done well. I have another handyman coming in to finish. The railings are not sturdy. I had to caulk them and noticed that the screws were put in so poorly on the brackets that they will pop out, because they are not straight. Where a 3 in bracket was needed a 1 in bracket was used. Instead of using treads for steps bought at Lowes or Home Depot, he cut 1 by 12's. When I asked why, he said he did not know you could buy the treads for 6.95...and that he was not familiar with steps...This ended up being a costly-645.00 job for me, as I now have another handyman coming in to redo much of the job. I asked an aquaintance of his who was also on the job in another capapcity what was up with they guy, and he felt he had no work ethic....it was a costly mistake for me....plus a lot of time wasted.

Gate on side of house was broken off hinges and could not be used. I contacted Alan, who responded that same day, and asked that he give me an estimate to repair. After meeting with him I decided to hire him to do the work. Unfortunately the vinyl fence was no longer available at Home Depot, where we purchased it, or at any independent fence companies. After spending several hours Alan was able to find similar parts and repair the fence. It looks great and I am very pleased with his work. I will definitely call him again.

Alan Frechette and his partner Donovan, are an excellent team. They provided prompt, dependable, friendly service. They truly care about each and every customers needs. They are willing to go the extra mile to make sure the job is done correctly. I 100% recommend this excellent team!

He is excellent at his work and was very nice. His price was also less than if we had gone with specialists for each project.

They are very good. He has done all kinds of things for us. He is fair, reasonable and honest. He is very versatile and a good problem solver. I really have been pleased with all of the work he has done for us.

They were really good, I mean he was really excellent. He's done other projects for us like working on a garage door, painting, replacing siding, etc. We have an artificial waterfall that needed repaired and he did that, he put in doors for us. He's been working here off and on for several years. We had a filter system put on our heating and AC system. He put in a wood floor in one of our rooms. He gave me a break on his daily breaks because of the time it was taking for the latest project and because I had given him so much work. He's really very skilled and very intelligent. He is very versatile, he can do a number of things. He's very honest and pleasant to deal with, he doesn't smoke or anything like that. He is really reliable and I know I can trust him. He's very conscientious and very precise about things. He doesn't cut corners, he will do the job right and if it takes a little more time or effort I am okay with that. He will do things right even if I won't know the difference because how would I know, but he's not that type.
