The sales person was knowledgeable about the beds and construction differences. The best was that they didn't automatically steer you to the most expensive ones. The bed was solid construction and well made for the money spent. I am disabled and could not assist with any of the setup. 2 young men showed up right on time and removed the old mattress/box spring and put in the new one. They were clean, courteous and extremely professional. They even put on new sheets for me. I live in a mobile home with small doors and a tight hallway. They didn't even touch the walls. I would highly recommend them
