Clean face was requested for each dog
Lily, the female, had whiskers when I got home & I had to cut it myself.
They were also supposed to have clean bellies, which they did not do.
Did not cut ANY of the hair around the male dogs' "organs".
Now whenever he uses the bathroom, there is always some sort of residue.
I have had this type of dog for many years, so I know what type of grooming care they should receive. I gave the groomer the blade number that we usually use for each of the dogs, and he seemed confused by that! (not knowing what type)
One of the male's hair was blow-dried WAY too much, making the hair look fake or processed.
When I went to pick up my dogs, they would not let me see them until I had paid them upfront.
When I went to pay, there was a male receptionist when i brought in my dogs (it would be better if i could speak with the groomer directly.)
All in all, there was more done wrong in the service than done right.
I have boarded my pets at Pet advantage several times in the past 3 years. I know the staff at Pet Advantage will take good care of them. This is a really Wonderful Place.
