THE ROOF IS SUPPOSED TO HAVE A LIFETIME GUARANTEE, BUT IT IS LEAKING AND HE HASN'T BEEN RESPONSIVE. HE CAME BACK TO FIX THE REPAIR ONCE, BUT DID A SLOPPY JOB WITH THE TRIM WORK. THE TRIM IS FALLING OFF AND HE DIDN'T CUT THE TRIM AT AN ANGLE WHERE THE CORNERS MEET. HE CHIPPED SOME OF THE TRIM AND ALSO DAMAGED THE PANELS ON THE CEILING. TWO MONTHS AGO, IN SEPTEMBER, HE TOLD ME HE WOULD HAVE SOMEONE COME BACK TO DO THE REPAIRS AND HE HAS NOT. EVERY TIME THE WIND BLOWS, PANELS OF SIDING FALL OFF, SO HE NEEDS TO FIX THAT TOO.

EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL STAFF. WE INTERVIEWED 9 CONTRACTORS AND FOUND AMS TO BE THE COMPANY OF OUR CHOICE. WE WERE SO IMPRESSED WITH THE WORKMANSHIP WE ADDED MORE COMPONENTS TO OUR CONTRACT. THE CITY INSPECTOR STATED THAT THE WORK EXCEEDED COUNTY/CITY STANDARDS. ALL WORK WAS DONE BY PERMIT PER CITY/COUNTY CODE. FOR MOBILE HOME OWNERS THEY ARE DEFINITELY A HIGH RECOMMENDATION!
