 + -1 moreThis is not about a specific ADT center. It is about ADT in general. After years with ADT and fulfilling my contracted period, I tried to cancel my account. I phoned, emailed, sent a letter, and repeated the process. I stopped paying my account. Nothing was accepted. They refuse to cancel the account. DO NOT EVER SIGN UP WITH ADT!
