First, they dragged the unit across my ceramic tile. Then, he broke the air vent that comes from the dryer and attaches to the wall. I called them to come back and fix it because it wouldn’t dry my clothes. When he came back, he ripped it out of the wall and started arguing with me about it. He didn’t even fix it. He just stuck it against the wall. Then, he didn’t connect the drainage pipes properly, so it flooded my house. My house is like a lake! I had to have an emergency service come out and drain all of the water out of my home and all of my rugs are completely ruined.
