A Cut Above Lawn Services

While the working relationship started out well the overall service became sporadic and whenever I would question what was happening there was always a reason why no one came to mow. When I signed up I was told my service included mowing, edging, trimming, blowing off property, bush and hedge trimming, flowerbed maintenance (weed spraying) and picking up trash and light debris. "we basically do everything Maintenance wise except for lawn spraying and tree work." But this was never really done. Then when I told Jacob that I was going to have to let him go because, once again no one showed up to mow my lawn, he blew me off: Me: Hi, I noticed that you did not come yesterday. Unfortunately, this has happened too many times and I am discontinuing my service with you. Jacob Thompson: ok sorry but when there is no grass to cut I'm not going to come out and ride around just to burn up fuel. sorry. best of luck to you Me: Yes, there is grass to cut in the bottom or weeds if you will and I have been being charged $100 a month for basically no service so I do believe you have gas to spare. We are very pleased with the service provided by A Cut Above.

This company is top notch. I needed tree trimmings removed from the front of my yard and they came in and did an amazing job. They provided a quick hassel free experience with a competitive rate. I had to work on this day and couldn't be around to see if the work would be done right so they sent me a picture of the work and after I was satisfied they sent me an invoice though paypal. I will definitely be using them in the future.
