I was living in Fairbanks, AK for the past few years, but knew I wanted to return to South Florida. This past Spring, I found (on the Internet) an affordable 1BR/1BA condo in Greenacres, FL, and purchased it, sight unseen. From a friend's inspection, I knew that the air-conditioner wasn't blowing cold, and I was at a loss for how to proceed. My friend had had his condo A/C repaired last November, and he recommended to me George Capdeville, one of the owners of All-Pro Air Conditioning.
I spoke with George, long-distance, and he agreed to take on the project. It didn't take him long to see that the A/C unit -- inside, and out -- was shot... rusted through... busted. We discussed my needs: the size of the unit, it's placement within the building, how many people would be living there, and more. After and quot;crunching the numbersand quot;, George recommended that I install a 2-ton unit, and told me that the job would cost $1,960 -- parts and labor. I agreed.
George did the work over a two-day period, mid-May of this year; and, when I arrived on May 22nd, my condo was ready for occupancy. The work was perfect, and George took great care in cleaning-up after himself -- outside and inside.
Especially important to me was the issue of equipment warranties. After I returned, George came by and went over all the paperwork that accompanied the units, including how to register them at the manufacturer's online website AND how to obtain an additional five-years of coverage.

.I called All Pro Air Conditioning Inc because my air conditioner was not working. The technician asked me to try a few things before he came out to see if I could get it working. I couldn't and he came out very promptly. My sensor was not working and he was able to fix it. The service was excellent and they are reliable, helpful and professional. They are very good at what they do.

They completed the job professionally and left the premises clean.
