I had a Gable roof and attached Flat roof replaced on my house. This was the way the house was originally built. The insurance company only wanted to Shingle the Gable roof and not replace the flat. I tried to explain to them that the problem started with the standing water on the flat roof that got blown up into the shingle roof area. I had paid another roofer to fix it. He just laid more plywood on the old and resealed it. Then another storm came two years later and wind damaged the rest of the shingle roof. 123 Roofs, (Jeff and Jon). said they couldn't do one without the other. They took it upon themselves to deal with our insurance company, so I did not have to stress about any of it. I went on vacation, left Jeff with a way to get into the house and he sent me over a dozen pictures as they removed the old and replaced with the new. Great Job! I returned home to a new roof. Didn’t have to worry about anything. I am glad we found them. 1-2-3 Roofs did a wonderful job. I could not be happier about this whole project.
