I had a Gable roof and attached Flat roof replaced on my house. This was the way the house was originally built. The insurance company only wanted to Shingle the Gable roof and not the flat. I tried to explain to them that the problem started with the standing water on the flat roof that got blown up into the shingle roof area. I had paid another roofer to fix it. He just laid more plywood on the old and resealed it. Then another storm came two years later and wind damaged the rest of the shingle roof. 123 Roofs, (Jeff and Jon). said they couldn't do one without the other. They took it upon themselves to deal with our insurance company, so I did not have to stress about any of it. I went on vacation, left Jeff with a way to get into the house and he sent me over a dozen pictures as they removed the old and replaced with the new. Great Job! I returned home to a new roof. Didnâ  t have to worry about anything. I am glad we found them. They did a wonderful job. I could not be happier about this whole project.

I hired 123Roofs to repair a leak in my roof. They came out quickly to provide me an estimate. They then returned, on time, to make repairs. Jon and Jeff were professional, courteous and they made sure the area was cleaned up after the repair. I highly recommend them for any roof repairs.

I have hired roofing companies before and had awful experiences. Jeff and John from 123 roofs were an absolute breath of fresh air. These guys were truly amazing. I wish I could give them 10 stars. They were always on time. Explained everything in great detail. They answered a ton of my dumb questions and never got frustrated. They spent time making sure I knew exactly what was going on and the plan to fix it. They showed me pictures of the problem areas and made me feel confident from day 1 that I hired the right company. These guys always showed up on time and they worked hard. Sometimes you hire companies and you see guys sitting around or constantly leaving to "get materials" or taking long lunches. Not 123. These guys were up on my roof busting their tails to get the job done right. I was so impressed with their work ethic and professionalism. These guys are always available to answer the phone. They treat you with respect. They really go above and beyond to keep you informed. You will not regret hiring the guys. They are just so far superior to any roofer I have ever used before. Just night in day. Jeff and Jon own the company and they do the work. The pride they put into it is special and what separates them from the rest of the competition. If you are looking for people you can trust, who actually walk the walk and do the work themselves then I wholeheartedly recommend 123 roofs. Don't hire a fly by night company, hire these guys, they do the actual work and they warranty the actual work.

On time, clean, easy to talk to and pleasant

2 of the nicest guys ever. They were quick to respond when I contacted them due to an active leak. They came out in the rain and looked at my roof and quickly assessed the issue. The price was was very fair and the customer service was excellent. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

Jon and Jeff were better than excellent. If and when I need other work done on my roof they will be the first people I call. The job was completed on time for a fair reasonable price. They kept me informed along the way and provided me with pictures of what they saw on my roof. They kept the area where they were working very tidy and organized which was much appreciated since I have two little kids. When they left for the day (returning the next day) the area around my home was all picked up and free from debris. I also really liked how they never made me feel rushed when I asked all my questions and they explained things in a manner that was easy to understand. These are two really great guys who know roofs. Call around and get other estimates so you feel comfortable in your decision but be sure to call Jon and Jeff to see what they can do for you.
