He is fabulous! He is extremely clean. He dug up from the well to the house by hand. Planted bulbs and plants back where they belonged. Everything was put back where it was. Extremely trustworthy. He is strait forward. His pricing is phenomenal. My property manager calls Vern for any plumbing issue and cost is always very minimal.
