TREE PRO DYNAMICS

Mr. Soto drove his bucket truck over our front lawn without his telling us, then cut very large sections from the tree limbs, both actions leaving very large indentations in the grass for us to repair. During the course of his work he broke the neighbors sprinkler head, broke branches off smaller trees, and took no precautions about protecting our herb-flower garden and fence until it was pointed out to him that he could destroy them by dropping those huge limbs on them. It was a hassle getting him to do the work that we wanted done, instead of the work he thought needed to be done. These problems led to my firing him. I felt this way because the big limbs over the house (above the chimney) were also over 6 glass skylights. The concern was that if he wouldn't take the time to protect the garden or the lawn, he wouldn't take the time to protect the skylights. I paid Mr. Soto for the work he performed, but he left a truck full of tree cuttings in the lawn for us to deal with anyway.
