Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel
ROBERT WAS EXTREMELY POLITE AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. WE THREW SOME CURVE BALLS AT HIM (WALL MOUNTED GLASS SINK IN MASTER BATH AND GLASS TILE), BUT HE WORKED WITH US TO GET THE JOB DONE. GENERALLY THE QUALITY WAS GOOD BUT I DID HAVE TO FINISH SOME OF THE DETAIL WORK (E.G., FINISHING WALLS). ROBERT'S DESIGN SENSE WASN'T ALWAYS IN AGREEMENT WITH WHAT WE WANTED BUT HE WENT ALONG WITH US (SOMETIMES WITH SOME COAXING). I WOULD HAVE TO GIVE ROBERT A "D" RATING ON ESTIMATING TILE AS I HAVE WAY MORE THAN WHAT WAS NECESSARY. ALSO, HE DIDN'T ASK HOW BIG WE WANTED THE GROUT LINES IN THE GUEST BATH. HE WENT WITH 1/4 INCH BUT WE WANTED THEM THINNER AND HAD BOUGHT UNSANDED GROUT WHICH WAS INAPPROPRIATE FOR 1/4 INCH. OVERALL THOUGH WE WERE HAPPY WITH ROBERT'S WORK.
