Description of Work: Assessed the condition of existing landscape in courtyard. Diagnosed key factors which contributed to maintenance costs and poor performance of sod and plant material. Developed a high visual impact low maintenance plan and implemented it in such as manner as to please all other members of the homeowner's association and passers by. I will use Tampa Landscapes again
