The landscape lighting was great for about 3 years, then we began to have problems. Now most of the lights don't work even after changing the bulbs. We have called Chris multiple times in August and September, 2015-he answered the phone one time and said he would come to the house "next week" but has not scheduled an appointment. The other calls went to voicemail and he has not responded to any of those. I have seen a Swan company truck in my area of town twice since we have tried to contact Chris.
It seems to us that landscape lighting should last longer than 3-4 years before failing, and we now question the quality and/or the installation of the product as well as the professionalism of the company.
Chris came out to give an estimate and it was obvious he knew what we needed. I had hired a paver company and landscaper and wanted the irrigation to go in first. I explained to Chris where everything would go and he did a perfect job installing the system, which has been running flawlessly for the past three years. Only one sprinkler head needed to be moved after the landscaper cut flower beds, laid sod and planted all shrubs and other plants. Chris came out in a timely fashion and moved the head; no fuss, no muss. In retrospect, the landscaper was wrong and we will be moving the sprinkler head back to the original location Chris installed it! He ran pipe to the back yard in preparation for the time we would be getting the back yard completed. That time has come and we will be calling on Swan Sprinklers to help us out. They did a great job. Very professional.
