Summit Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning is owned and operated by Ryan Ward and is based in Land O Lakes, FL. Ryan's dad runs a carpet cleaning business in Pennsylvania and Ryan grew up working with his dad. Ryan moved to Florida and decided to follow in his father's footsteps and start a carpet business for himself.

I told the owner that I needed cleaning done some time over the weekend. I apologized for the short notice but asked if he could get it done for me. He bent over backwards to arrange a time that was convenient for me by the end of the weekend. We agreed to a price, which was the best price I got after calling three other companies. He arrived on time and got right to work. The carpet looked great afterwards. He gave extra attention to a couple of tougher spots and was very happy to go over a couple of out of the way spots that I requested. Excellent experience. Highly recommended!

I am surprised that you were not happy with the job, as I showed you each room after completion to ensure you were satisfied before moving on to the next room. As we discussed prior to starting the job, there are some stains that cannot be removed regardless of the level of cleaning executed. Please feel free to call me and I will be happy to discuss your concerns as I stand behind all of my work."

When we spoke, you were unsure what you were doing with the desks, so I simply advised that if you were planning to leave them where they were, it would make more sense to clean around them. I also stated that if you preferred to have them moved and for me to clean underneath them, I would be happy to do that as well. In regards to me making your wife uncomfortable, I only interacted with your wife when you, your wife and your partner were all having a conversation, so I am really unsure as to what I could have possible done to offend her. Again, I am sorry that you were unhappy with our meeting, I have numerous clients, many who are repeat customers who are very happy with the work that I have done for them and none have stated that I make them uncomfortable."
