Overall, very good.  Norm and his crew are excellent.  Left the job site clean and in order each night.  I was impressed with them.
The ONLY complaint that I have is with the crew that did the footings.  The footings were installed correctly, and in a timely manner.  What was disturbing to me is when they cleaned the cement mixer, they simply washed it out on the lawn.  It hardened, and left a although thin, it left a layer of concrete in the lawn.   My call to the office was never answered, leaving us to clean up the concrete in the lawn mess.

Tim and Melissa from Remington were really great to deal with from start to finish.  It was difficult getting estimates from other contractors but getting an estimate from Remington was very easy to schedule and their price was very good. They took care of everything, the permit and even a little concrete foundation work.  We are very pleased with the overall great quality of work and would recommend Remington for any screen project.

Everything went exactly as planned. Norm and Melissa were professional and helpful with our multiple design changes and kept us well informed of the progress. The installation went smooth and finished a day ahead of schedule. We had a great experience and would highly recommend them for anyone looking to add onto their house.

The entire job probably took less than an hour.  They charged less than fifty bucks, I believe, and the system is working fine thus far.  I would certainly recommend them, and will call them first if a larger job comes up in the future.

We had about 8 bids for installing this enclosure. The bids ranged in price from a low of $13,800 to a high bid of $29,500. N0rman was the most candid person that spoke with us, providing cautionary information about how not to allow the installer to attach the enclosure to our house, what kind of gutter to install, where to run downspouts, and so on. Later, when we had decided to use his company and were discussing the location of a side door that my wife and could not completly agree to, Norman suggested installing a French door system that gives us a 6' wide entry when we need it, and solved the location question. We had  requested a vertical support post for insulated alum roof be placed in a location that we thought would work well for a (future) wetbar installation. Norman showed me how we were mistaken and guided us through placing the post in a much better location.
Norman was on time for every appointment we had with him, from the original "come bid on this" appointment, to the last "we're cleaning up our scraps and tools" appointment. Norman and his crew were very courteous, cleaned up after themselves every day before leaving.
The installation itself is amazing. We have 5 main beams crossing the pool. The beams are dead straight, and if you look down the line of posts, they are as straight as a string. I have built homes, kitchens, cars, long range rifles and so on, but I am amazed at how straight and plumb Norman installed this enclosure. And after it was all done, Norman came back 2 weeks later and tightened up the screens where even though I couldn't see anything wrong, Norman said that the screens had stretched and did not meet his approval.
Norman Remington's common sence guidance about how to build our enclosure and his quality of work are exemplary.

They did an awesome job. They came after two days despite the tropical depression. They gave us a very fair price and they re-did the whole page for us. The price is very reasonable. It's a family owned business and they were very nice.

They are phenomenal. They stopped by and did some work that wasn't in the contract. They gave some suggestions on other things to think about doing. I feel like we got a good deal on the quality that was performed.
