They did miss a spot or two that I had to bring to their attention. I would use them again.
They have modern equipment, they do a fairly good job. Mike Sr is great and knows what he's talking about. Very knowledgeable.

Mike (Senior). does our carpets and they always come out looking brand new. He's pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and fast without sacrificing the quality of his work. His equipment is also top-notch.
Most importantly, Mike takes the time to pre-treat the heavily soiled/stained areas so that they look as good are the rest of the carpet when the job is done.

Mike was very easy to reach, very professional. Quoted me the advertised price of $99.95 for three rooms and a hallway. He charges $25 for each additional room and $25 for the stairs. The appointment was easy to schedule and he arrived on time and did an excellent job. He has an excellent machine and he knows exactly what he is doing. I will definitely use him again and recommend his service to others. Oh, the carpet looks great! All the stains are gone.

Great Experience....Mike was on time, professional and friendly. He did not try to up sell his services. He was honest and gave me a fair assessment of my carpets. He informed me about his Ceramic tile grout cleaning but did not pressure me in anyway. The carpets came out beautiful. I will definitely have him back in the future.

They were very responsive to my first phone call, They returned my call within a couple hours.
I had no problem scheduling them to come out. Their schedule was very accommodating.
Due to various changes in my schedule, I had to reschedule the appointment a couple of times. They were very friendly and cooperative with rescheduling.
