My landscape curbing looks great! Installers did a wonderful job. However, if you have a question or if there is an issue, follow through is horrible.

Shotty work and don’t stand up to their warrants it been over 2 months now Waiting for repairs and cx service sucks owner is arrogant and incapable of being human should have read all the additional negative reviews before I would not recommend to even an enemy that’s how disgusted I am with the work form this company

"This is a false statement. We visit the customer on Nov 19, 2019 after 9 months we determined that curbing has been hitting with a car o lawnmower Mr. [Member Name Removed] does not have any warranty and customer is mad because wants the curbing to be repair for free when is not our responsibility, also he was very disrespectful. Concrete curbing does not break in pieces and separate unless a big impact on it. The rest of the curbing is in perfect condition and just happen exactly next to the driveway where the cars are park next to curb. Cracking as a result of damage by vehicles, mowing equipment, root intrusion or other causes, not as a result of Pacific Curbing materials or workmanship, also curbing around mailboxes, curbing install up and down walkway or next driveway are not subject to warranty coverage and much less broken and separate it with crumbs. We told the customer we can fix it for free when we are in the area in his community but he has to be patient or he has to pay the minimum to get fix. They are true professionals who know what they are doing and with great experience. Me and my husband had an idea of what I wanted to do, but Pacific Curbing recommended doing it a different way based on his experience and the result was perfect. We live in San Antonio Fl in a new retirement community and we have so much complements from our neighbors.

Working with Pacific Curbing was awesome! They were able to accommodate a tight timeline, and does quality work. They are great at what they do. I went with a more natural design call New Slate Mat and I am so happy with the results. They were on time, did amazing work, and their customer service was good.

Mir showed up for an estimate the same day I called and was very friendly with many samples and pictures to choose from.. Another company I called never showed or called at all after scheduling an estimate. Shortly after we arranged a date for the work I was diagnosed with a serious medical condition which caused scheduling issues. After I e-mailed her about this problem she responded with compassion and encouraging words. She kept in touch with me while working around my unexpected medical appointments. When Tim (her Husband) and his crew came to do the work they could not have been more professional, friendly, hard working, and efficient. And they did a great job. I have dealt with many contractors working in and outside of my house over the years. Mir and Tim are not just a great company, but people with a heart. There compassion, generosity, and concern for my situation was overwhelming. I think their friends are lucky to have them as friends. I do not believe the recent bad review I read. I have written and read many reviews on Angie's list over the years, and a bad review without explanation is often done by the competition. Obviously I very, very highly recommend Pacific Curbing.

"Pacific Curbing has been in business since 2011. We strive to have the best Customer Satisfation. Customer picked a design and sign contract and wanted to changed it after job was done. Pacific Curbing gave her a discount for customer satisfaction. Customer also damage Curbing after Curbing was done and want Pacific Curbing to repair it for free. Repair cost is $200 minimum. The customer is using Pacific Curbing business Address in Angie List not even her own address."

I called Pacific Curbing to get an estimate. The day she was to come she called and said she had a cancellation and asked to come early. I was pleased to have her come early. I had already visited their website and knew what pattern and color I wanted. I was given the estimate and was told they were about a week out in terms of scheduling. I had to go through my HOA for approval. Once I got the approval I called and scheduled the job for a couple of weeks out. I called the day before to confirm the date and was told due to rain they may be running behind. I later called and was told they would be able to get to me when I had requested. Donnie and his partner showed up early and we showed them exactly where we wanted the border. There was an area by the drive that I felt could not be done because the plants were too close to the drive. Donnie thought it would look unfinished without the border there and tried to cut the bushes back to see if he could lay it. I was correct but I think it looks great without the side. I was impressed with the professionalism that they showed. Donnie explained to me what to expect and told me all I needed to know about the border was on the back of the estimate. I am very pleased with the way it turned out.
