Irrigation pipe connected to the pump started cracking due to wear and tear. Matt stopped by to give a quote and it was reasonably priced. Asked him to repair it and the job was completed in a timely manner. Great service.

The installation went very well. The technician Mat came punctually and installed the toilet very well.

They said they would arrive between 8 AM and 10 AM. Matt arrived right at 8 AM, which was great because i needed to get to work right afterwards. it took him 30 minutes and he gave us a package price

Tech arrived at appointed time, reviewed issue/s and gave me an estimate. Agreed, returned the following day at scheduled time. Commenced repairs and finished majority of repairs. Recommended that 3" drain pipe needed to be vented. In the meanwhile he drilled an opening to the drain cap to use in the interim. Went to the local big box hardware stores to locate 3" vent cap. Returned to my home and told me that he he was not successful in getting the part. He needed to get the part at a plumbing supply store. The following day installed the 3" vented drain cap. All is functioning correctly. Matt was professional, knew his trade and personable. Matt is an asset to the company. Would use the services of Optimum and recommend them.

I called them and made a next-day appointment for an estimate. Matt was on time and he understood the job requirements. The challenging part was finding an in-line hot water heater, since we were going to tap off an outside hose bib. He found an appropriate hot water heater; the estimate (including the heater) was reasonable, and I hired him. The job was scheduled on a Tuesday. Matt arrived on time. He was professional in all aspects. We had a couple of piping challenges which he creatively solved. Most of all, I as impressed by his attention to detail and his quality standards. The job was done on time, and I am very, very satisfied with it. Optimum and Matt will be my last plumber. I will never look anywhere else again.

Mike was prompt, friendly, professional and laid out several options for me to consider. I ended up opting for a basic system that I could upgrade later if necessary . The water in my home is noticeably improved - I don't think I'll need that upgrade!

Perfect. Such a beautiful job. The people at Walts are so nice. The quality of their work top notch. The price listed is their work only. I supplied the fabric. They came to my house to look at the piece for a quote. Also brought fabric books for possible choices. When we were ready to start, they picked up the chaise. I didn't have to lift a finger. Delivered it quickly. Highly recommend them.

I am very pleased with the installation service Mike provided. He is super nice, professional and thorough. Originally I was going to buy Waterboss brand. Mike suggested me to research the brand and compare to the one he recommended. After the research, there was no brainer to buy the brand that Mike recommended as it offers longer warranty and better quality. On the day of install, the company called 15 minutes ahead to let me know that they were on there way. Mike showed up timely. There are two ways of install the unit. Mike went extra mile and did the way that took longer and involved much more of effort but would be beneficial to me in a long run . After the job was done, he cleaned up the work area before he left. Overall, I am very pleased with the service. Prior to use this company, I called 3 installers and compared the quotes. I am glad that I selected Optimum Pluming. For pretty much the same price, they offered a better quality unit and longer warranty. (10 years vs 1 or 5 years with other companies). I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

Needed a return visit to adjust water levels.

The plumber arrived on time, did the work, did it well, cleaned up after himself and everything works as it should. Due to the nature of the problem, there really wasn't an alternative to the fix we went with. He gave us some suggestions to consider to help with the buildup of gunk in the pipes (we have hard water) and that was it. Would HIGHLY recommend Optimum Plumbing.

They responded within 2 hours after I called telling them I feared a slab leak as my water bill was so high and I couldn't find any visible leaks. The two gentlemen that arrived were polite and checked my entire home inside and out. They found that my water conditioner was pulling water constantly, not shutting off.

I wouldn't bother calling anyone else if you need a plumber. Call them first so you don't waste your time. They are great.

Our electric water heater stopped working.  Optimum came to my house the same day; looked at my situation and discussed my options with me.  Replace the tankless unit or install a tank heater.  The cost comparison and time table made the decision easy.  I decided to go with the tank.
The location of the tank required an additional power line be run from the breaker box and would require a sub contractor electrician.  Optimums' Owner Vlad was onsite and arranged all of the details or the plumbing and electric.  He explained everything to me throughout the process; there were zero surprises.  Vlad handled everything from soup to nuts.  He had us back in hot water in about 24hours.
I highly recommend this company.

I call last night and they were here first thing this morning. I have used them to put in new toilet and tie it into existing plumbing, replacement of water softener, repair a toilet, repair a toilet at my mother-in-laws home. They are the best plumbers around and are employees are great.
