This guy is terrible. The work was OK at best, some of the grout work in the tile was discolored. Dave did not want to address the issue. The owners workers are good guys however the owner is a real piece of work. The bathtub facets which were working correctly before we installed new fixtures were working perfectly. When the new fixtures were installed the water was coming out shower head and bathtub head at the same time. Dave agreed to fix this. He did come by and fix the problem nearly 2 weeks later and asked me for additional 350$ dollars. This was part of our contract. Once I told him him we would not pay him additional funds for something that was already agreed upon he threatens to put a lien on my house. I told him that we would see him in court. He followed up with racial remarks towards my family. He also stated that he would never do work for a cop again and went on using the term pig. He called my daughter a half breed. I can't make this up I have all the proof in my text messages and have saved them to another file. This company said they would have the job completed within 2 1/2 weeks. It was closer to 6 weeks by the time the job was complete. I urge you not to you this company. This guy is a super racist and the most unprofessional person I've ever worked with.

I called and left a message, my call was promptly returned.  I was able to set up an appointment and he showed up promptly.  He was professional and courteous, as well as knowledgable.  The inspection did not take very long.  After the inspection, the following day, he emailed me the report of the inspection.  He also emailed it to my broker for my home owners insurance.  That was especially beneficial, I appreciated him sending it to the broker as well.  As a result of the inspection, I was able to save $280, which was deducted from the total cost of my home owners insurance for the entire year.  The home owners insurance went from $864 down to $584.  For all the Angie's List members who are home owners, if you're not aware, a roof inspection is a good way to save on your policy.

We were there at the time. The report that they sent is excellent. It is very detailed. We have been through several inspections lately and this was better than any other by far.
